Terms of Service
These cover buying from inetbotdev and using the account that comes with it. Plain language on purpose: a term worth enforcing is worth being able to read.

1. Who you are contracting with
inetbotdev, a sole proprietorship in Indonesia. Placing an order or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What we sell
Four things, and the terms differ slightly for each:
- Service packages — a defined piece of work at a fixed price.
- Custom quotes — you send a brief, we price it, and the quote we send back is the scope.
- Digital products — files you download after payment.
- Subscriptions — recurring access, renewed by invoice.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself — at least 10 characters, and not one you use elsewhere. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
We may suspend an account being used to break these terms or the law.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and US Dollars. Each price is set by hand in each currency — we do not convert at checkout at a live rate, so what you see is what you pay in the currency you chose.
An order keeps the price it was created with. If we raise a price afterwards, an order you already placed is unaffected. Prices include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by a payment gateway, not by us. Which gateway depends on the method and currency you choose.
An order becomes paid only when the gateway sends us a verified confirmation. Arriving back on the site after paying is not itself proof of payment — if your screen says one thing and this rule says another, this rule wins, and a genuinely completed payment settles within moments.
Unpaid orders expire. You can always start another.
6. Digital products and downloads
Paying for a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for yourself or your business. It does not let you resell it, republish it, or pass the files to people who have not bought them.
Download links are personal and expire quickly by design. If yours has expired, sign in and generate another — your access does not expire with the link.
7. Service work and quotes
For a service package or an accepted quote, the scope is what the package or the quote says — not what was discussed around it. Anything outside it is a new quote, priced separately.
A quote is valid until the expiry date printed on it. We schedule work once payment or an agreed deposit has cleared, and we need your input and your material to hold a timeline; delays there move the dates.
Our tagline is “built to hand over”, and we mean it: on full payment the deliverables made specifically for you become yours, source code included, unless your quote says otherwise.
8. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew by invoice, not by charging a card we keep — we do not store a card on file. Before a period ends we send an invoice; paying it continues your access.
If an invoice goes unpaid there is a grace period, and after it access lapses. Nothing is deleted the moment it lapses: pay the outstanding invoice and access returns.
To stop, simply do not renew, or tell us. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
9. Refunds
Digital products: because the file is delivered immediately, a completed download is not refundable — unless it is faulty or not what was described, in which case tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.
Service work and quotes: you can stop the work at any time. You pay for what has been done up to that point, and we refund the rest.
Subscriptions: a period already started is not refunded, but you will not be invoiced again.
None of this affects rights you have under Indonesian consumer law, which we cannot sign away and are not trying to.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use this site, or anything bought from it, to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send unsolicited bulk mail, or attack the service or the people using it. Do not try to reach data that is not yours.
11. Our material
The site, its design, its text, and anything we have not specifically made and handed over to you stays ours. Buying a product does not transfer our trademarks or our brand.
12. What we do not promise
We work hard to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service — hosting, payment gateways and mail providers all fail occasionally, and some of that is outside our control.
So far as the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the thing the claim is about, in the twelve months before it arose. We do not exclude liability for fraud, or for anything the law says cannot be excluded.
13. Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like. We may end it if these terms are being broken. Ending it does not cancel obligations already incurred — an invoice for work already done is still owed, and a licence for a digital product you paid for survives.
14. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes go to the Indonesian courts. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
15. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top is when they last changed. A change never applies backwards to an order you have already placed — that order keeps the terms it was made under.
